Broadtec Group is excited to share another School Infrastructure NSW project currently underway, delivering a new integrated PA, Evacuation & Lockdown system across a NSW Public School campus.

This project involves the deployment of a new integrated PA, Evacuation & Lockdown system across a NSW Public School campus, leveraging the school’s existing fibre optic backbone and structured cabling infrastructure to deliver reliable campus-wide communications with minimal disruption.

The solution includes:

• 7 distributed PA amplifier nodes
• 44 wall speakers with volume control
  
• 11 outdoor weatherproof horn speakers
  
• 8 surface-mount wall speakers
  
• Campus-wide Dante audio distribution over fibre
• Classroom and outdoor speaker coverage
• Automated school bell scheduling with pre-music functionality
• Integrated Evacuation & Lockdown control points
• Telephone paging integration
• Future-ready scalable architecture for additional zones and buildings

The project is delivering clear voice announcements, emergency messaging and daily operational communications across the entire campus. 

A special mention to Brendan, pictured in the photos, who made the move to Albury in January to join our growing team. Brendan is leading the delivery and commissioning of this project and has done an outstanding job preparing and configuring the system hardware.
