To use your Broadtec mobile service overseas, International Roaming (IR) must be enabled on your account:

- ✅ IR is enabled by default on most plans.
- ❌ If disabled, you won’t receive roaming prompts or be able to activate packs.
- 📞 Contact Broadtec before you travel if unsure.
📦 About the IR Daily Pack
- 📶 200MB of roaming data
- 📲 Unlimited calls and SMS within the country you're visiting
- ⏰ Valid for 24 hours (AEST timezone)

📲 How to Activate Roaming
- You’ll receive a Welcome SMS when you land.
- To activate roaming, SMS ‘ROAM’ to 179.
- To check usage, SMS ‘BAL’ to 179.
- To renew each day, re-send ‘ROAM’ to 179.
🔁 Daily Pack Renewal Rules
- You can only add a new pack when your previous pack has expired (midnight AEST) or you’ve used 95% of your data.
- You’ll get alerts at 50%, 85%, 95%, and 100% usage.

🧾 Billing & Charges
- 💰 Billed per 24-hour block from time of activation
- 🔄 Does not auto-renew
- 💬 No charge for sending ‘ROAM’ or ‘BAL’
- 🚫 No roaming in unsupported countries

- Double-check SMS command (‘ROAM’ to 179).
- Ensure your destination is covered.

📌 Important Reminders
- 📆 You must opt in every day.
- ✈️ If visiting multiple countries in a day, the pack remains active (if all are supported).
- 🕛 Pack expires at midnight AEST, not local time.
