Broadtec Group is seeking a Sales Rep to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for cold calling clients with the view of providing them with a better telco deal on their current arrangements and following up on potential leads. You will have access to our client list, training and support to help you reach your sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling potential clients. Reviewing clients current telco plans and providing them with better more suitable plans that Broadtec have access to as a wholesale telco provider.
Meeting or exceeding firm sales targets.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our business and the products we offer in our Communications sector: Cloud services, phone, internet, and mobile plans.
Work independently while also collaborating with the team to drive sales
Manage time effectively and demonstrate attention to detail in data management.
Business to business sales only.
Prospect and qualify leads:
Identify prospective clients and understand their unique needs through a mix of self-generated and ATS-supplied leads.
Design customised solutions encompassing:
Negotiate and close deals:
Secure profitable contracts through effective negotiation and communication.
Build lasting relationships:
Cultivate trust and loyalty with clients, becoming their trusted technology advisor.
Exceed targets and drive growth:
Contribute significantly to revenue generation and team success.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales
Track record of seeking out and securing new clients and projects, and expanding customer/client base through exceptional sales and customer service
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Self-starter with a desire for a challenging and rewarding position
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, committed, resilient and driven attitude

Due to high demand of our services ATS have an exciting opportunity within our Company based in Albury NSW for an experienced hands-on Telecommunications - Nurse Call/Security Systems Specialist, in your role you will be responsible for the commissioning, servicing and customer training of. Cloud & On Premise Communications solutions - Nurse Call/Security Systems. With the aspirations to expand their skills.
In addition, the applicant will possess or display some or all the following prerequisites:
Electronic Trade Certificate
Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
Confidence and excellent communication skills
Project Management skills
Ability to diagnose fault-finding autonomously yet work as part of a team
A thirst for knowledge of new and emerging technologies
A professional work standard is key as you will represent the company on a multiplicity of platforms.
Is experienced or willing to be trained in Advance Care Nurse Call Systems
Is experienced in Inner Range Access Control Systems
Is experienced in CCTV Systems
Is experienced in Austco, Rauland, Nurse Call Systems (desirable)
Is experienced in Inner Range Access Control, Security Systems (desirable)
Is experienced or willing to be trained in NEC SV9100 and UCaaS solutions
Is experienced or willing to be trained in Spectralink KWS8000 Telephone Systems
White Card and Open Cabling License are required.
Security Licence and Police Check is required
Current Drivers Licence
Ability to drive manual vehicles
Networking and computer skills CCNA etc
The ability to travel is also a requirement.
