👷 About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced and driven Electronic Security Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves the installation, commissioning, and servicing of electronic security systems — including Access Control, CCTV, Alarms, Nurse Call Systems, and Cloud Communications.
For the right candidate, there’s a genuine pathway to progress into a Technical Lead or Manager position as the business continues to expand.
🔩 Key Responsibilities
✅ Install, commission, and service security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Alarms)
✅ Assist with Nurse Call and Cloud Communications deployments (training provided)
✅ Perform fault-finding and provide technical support
✅ Liaise with clients, project managers, and suppliers
✅ Complete documentation and ensure compliance
✅ Travel regionally as required (accommodation and allowances provided)
✅ Opportunity to develop into quoting, scheduling, and project coordination roles
🧰 Required Skills & Experience
⭐ Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronic security or a related field
⭐ Confident managing end-to-end installations independently
⭐ Strong understanding of IP networking and structured cabling
⭐ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
⭐ Motivated to grow within a supportive, high-performing team
