Broadtec offers a wide range of options for patients and nurses, including pendants, pillow speakers, call points, pull cords, annunciators, lights, touchscreen stations, and audio devices.

We provide essential tools for infection control, RTLS (Real-Time Location Service) fall prevention, reporting, and an open API for true interoperability with other systems.

Mobile Devices

• Smartphone apps that lets nurses manage alarms, from their personal smartphone or DECT handset.
• Nurses receive alarms from only patients/locations assigned to them. Alarm notifications will display in the same priority order as in the nurse call system.
• Staff always know which alarms need attention, and can take several actions with each alarm: VOIP callback, Accept, Reject and Escalate.

Annunciator & Reporting

• Configurable screens for annunciation of active calls

• Inject alarms into the nurse call system from other systems. Fire, Security, Wander, Duress, and more. If you have a location, a type, and start/end times, you can inject the alarm and display it through the nurse call infrastructure. Acknowledge, reject, and escalate individual alarms.
